The XS is cross shaped in order to create 4 distinct workout stations that allows at least 4 usesr to being exercising at the same time.
The footprint is also suprisingly small given the functionality – just 2.26m x 2.74m. The recommended area for actual use is almost
7m x 7m. As with all rigs in this range, it’s modular giving you huge flexibility.
Giving you four separate work stations, the 360XS rig provides the perfect platform for not only functional and bodyweight exercises, but for strength ones also. You can combine exercises across the four stations and choose from a wide range of optional attachments and add-ons that can further tailor your rig for your client base.
